This meet deserves special
note. The Meet was scheduled for the Hall Of fame Pool
in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl.
The divers came and some began to warm up, but with winds
were blowing up to 35 Mph, the warm ups were quickly stopped.
After
a hour of reviewing options Coach
Don Colombo , came to the rescue. It was decided to
move the meet to his team's pool 8 miles away.
The
meet moved to Pine Crest Academy and continued without
any problems and only a couple hours late. To the best
of our knowledge this was a unique situation.
