If you are sending photos taken at a DiveMeet Include
the name, date and location of the Meet.

If you are sending a photo for your Profile Page be
sure to include your DiveMeets ID number and your e-mail.
We will not post your photos without this information!
Photos
without a valid name and return e-mail address WILL
NOT be used !

Profile
photos: Should
be sent full size. We will crop and re size the photo
to fit your profile page. The profile photo must be
a well focused straight on shot including the head and
shoulders and not include other people. Diving photos
are not accepted for Profile pictures.

Meet
Photos:
We invite you to send photos taken at meets. We will
add good photos to the meets results section. We only
accept photos or videos taken at *DiveMeets events.
- You
must include the name and location of the meet so we can
associate the photos with the meet.
- Photos
uploaded later than 10 days after the end of the meet
will not be used.
- The
picture does not have to be of a dive. Casual or candid
people pictures are often the best meet photos.
- Photos
must be sent full size. We will re-size and edit your
photos. Photos less than 750 pixels wide are not accepted.
- Blurred
photos will nor be used !
- We
reserve the right to not post any photo or video based
on image content or photo quality.
- We
will give you photo credit on the Meet Photos page
- You
may send up to 10 photos at a time with a maximum of 30
for any one meet.
- Videos
can not exceed 9 minutes in playback length

DiveMeets.Com and Meet Control LLC. Reserve the right 1:
not to publish submitted photos. 2: re-size or crop photos.
By submitting a photo the sender (return e-mail addressee)
assumes ownership and copyright responsibilities for the
photo being used on DiveMeets.Com. DiveMeets.Com / MeetControl
LLC accepts no responsibility for photos submitted by unauthorized
persons. If a photo is submitted by an unauthorized person,
Dive Meets will remove (as quickly as is reasonably possible)
photos after the sender or other interested party advises
us they wish a photo to be removed from DiveMeets.Com.
